Integrate OpenLdap with Active Directory

Hi,
two questions?
somebody knows how integrate an OpenLdap Server with
Windows 2000 Active Directory. I probe with iPlanet Metadirectory,
but i can't make a conection view with the OpenLdap server.

Somebody knows if other Metadirectories like Microsoft MMS or
Novel DirXML can connect Windows 2000 AD with OpenLdap?.
