Got My OID......whats next ?

Hi,

I obtained an OID for my company, and now I would like to create an
attribute with the name "BAXREGION" that will contain the region
information such as Americas, Europe, AsiaPacific, ...etc.  I read the
Admin. guide, but I'm not sure I understand where to start.  Do I create a
"bax.schema" file, and in it create an attributetype of BAXREGION ?? Where
do I start the OID tree??  for example if my assigned OID is 25876, and the
attribute name is BAXREGION, is the following correct ?

     attributetype ( 25876 NAME 'BAXREGION'
          DESC ' BAX Region'
          SYNTAX 1.3.6.1.4.1.25876.1.1
          SINGLE-VALUE)
