Hmmm... this realy problem with UTF-8 because ldap client (under wi98 - ms 
outlook) not recognize polish letters corectly. When i try use in place 
scheme ...121.1.15 (UTF-8) scheme 121.1.40 (arbitary octets), i lost my 
polish letters. Is any scheme for iso_8859-2?
Second problem, if a've field for example department (cheme ..121.1.15) if 
department: is empty, slapadd failed :( and says that is incorret for 
scheme ...121.1.15... (for other scheme too...)
