Can't read" messages when run "./configure"?

Hi,

I have download latest openldap at
ftp://ftp.OpenLDAP.org/pub/OpenLDAP/openldap-stable/openldap-stable-20020215
.tgz

When I run "./configure", there are some "can't read" messages as following:

Are there any problem?
