Hi,

What's wrong about my indexes settings ?

index default pres,eq
index objectClass
index cn,sn,uid eq,sub,approx

Slapd doesn't want to start reporting the following error :

/usr/local/openldap/etc/openldap/slapd.conf: line 54: approx index of
attribute "cn" disallowed

I follow the directives from the openldap 2.0 administrator's guide but it contains some things that doesn't seems to work with my openldap version (2.0.21)

I have allready encountered some problems about the extension of my schema !!!
