Replica log not working (I think i may of found the problem)

i saw this in the debug log:

270:/etc/ldap/slapd.conf: line 29: replica line must appear inside a
database definition (ignored)

so i will work this afternoon to see if i can get it working,
just wanted to mention that the problem may be resolved!

i don't remember seeing anything that mentioned where
the replica line must be in the config file. looking over
briefly the openldap admin guide for slurpd replication
i still don't see any mention of placement requirements.

maybe the docs should be updated if there are placement
requirements and there is no mention of where the config
options should be in the existing guide

i will post again if it doesn't fix my problem but I
think it will.
