LDAPADD Problem

I'm running Redhat 7.2 and openLDAP 2.0.18.  I have a functioning LDAP
server.  I can query it from Outlook, Outlook Express and Netscape Mail.  I
can add single entries via a web interface.  The problem is when I use
ldapadd at the command line to have openLDAP read a LDIF file with multiple
entries only the first entry is added.  Below is the ldif and I'm hoping
someone can point me in the right direction.

dn: cn=User1,dc=example,dc=com
objectclass: inetorgperson
objectclass: organizationalRole
cn: User1
sn: User1
mail: User1@example.com
homePhone: 1-999-567-1234
pager: 1-999-567-1212

dn: cn=User2,dc=example,dc=com
objectclass: inetorgperson
objectclass: organizationalRole
cn: User2
sn: User2
mail: User2@example.com
homePhone: 1-999-567-1212
pager: 1-999-567-1234
