newbie: help with ldapsearch

["linux @esaravana.com" <linux@esaravana.com>]

I successfully ran ldapadd, but when I use ldapsearch I get the 
following output. I don't see actual entries that are in the ldap.

I am new to LDAP. I would really appreciate any help on this.
