Pls help: OpenLDAP 1.2.13 on RedHat 7.2

Hello,

We're running OpenLDAP 1.2.13 (with BerkeleyDB) on RedHat 7.2.  The slapd fails
after we do simple search operations for a few minutes.  Some error message
displayed with debug flag "-d 256":

slapd: cache.c:202: cache_add_entry: Assertion =
`!ldap_pvt_thread_rdwr_active( &e->e_rdwr )' failed.
Aborted

I tried to use gdbm but the compilation failed.
Does anyone run 1.2.13 successfully on RedHat 7.2 ?  Would anyone please help?
