why display "slapadd: could not parse entry (line=9)"?

when i add data into ldbm,what does the display below mean?
# /usr/local/sbin/slapadd -f /usr/local/etc/openldap/slapd.conf -l z.ldif
slapadd: could not parse entry (line=9)

the content of z.ldif is that:
dn: dc=example,dc=com 
objectclass: dcObject 
objectclass: organization 
o: Example Company 
dc: example 
dn: cn=Manager,dc=example,dc=com 
objectclass: organizationalRole 
cn: Manager
