balance Open-Ldap and NDS eDirectory data trees

Hi there,

i want to manage a heterogeneous network with OpenLDAP and NDS eDirectory.
That's why I'd like to know if it's possible to replicate each directory tree to the other DS or if there are tools that automaticly can do that?
For example: If I add a user to the OpenLDAP data tree it should be automaticly added to the eDirectory data tree AND reverse... .
