POSIX Threads & OpenLDAP
I try to configure OpenLDAP on a Solaris 2.6 SPARC machine, but it halts
with the following output:
checking for pthread_create in default libraries... no
checking for pthread link with -kthread... no
checking for pthread link with -pthread... no
checking for pthread link with -pthreads... no
checking for pthread link with -mthreads... no

configure: error: could not locate usable POSIX Threads
My configure statement was as follows:
env CC=gcc CCC=g++ ac_cv_func_pthread_create=no ol_cv_kthread_flag=no
ol_cv_pthread_flag=no ol_cv_pthreads_flag=no ol_cv_thread_flag=no
/configure
The threads-related stuff in that statement was found in the OpenLDAP faq,
but to help. I've search for posix threads and openldap on the net and the
mailinglist archives, but to no avail.
Anybody who knows what I'm doing wrong here? What is necessary to make it
get through?

Yours sincerely...
