Hi,
     you are right.  However, if someone can post their RDBMS scheme
somewhere for people to use it as reference, that will be great.  This
doesn't need to be "standard", but something that people can start with.

Hello,

You should remember that this metadata maps LDAP schema to your (not any
particular) set of RDBMS tables, so there hardly can be any "standard"
metadata, unless someone proposes "standard" RDBMS scheme for storing
default LDAP schema and contributes mappings for it...
