help me run and install openldap for win

Good day to you thanx for the help, I have downloaded the binaries of the openldap for win to my mechine and I have various *.exe files avaliable but I am not to sure how to run it etc etc is there some documentatin availalbel on the net that I can use as a reference well trying to get this running

The version for Windows is provided by OpenLDAP.org and it's the same that for
Unix. There is some changes to do explained at this site : www.fivesight.com.
