Whoops, yes, lang-zh refers to the Chinese language in LDAP.
But note that LDAP Langague Tag options (RFC 2596), which
use Language Codes (RFC 3066), refer to language and do not
effect encoding of the value.
Langange tags/options should not be confused with POSIX
locales. POSIX locales, which indicate both language and
encoding, are not used in LDAP (on the wire).
