acl configuration

Hello,

I have the insufficient access error,
i know that i can fix this, configuring ACL with some like this:

access to attr=userpassword
by self write
by anonymous auth
by * none

access *
by self write
by anonymous write
by user read

my is that I don't know what file i have to edit, what is the
ubication of
the Acl's  file that i have to configutated, sorry by my question .
