Regenerate database

Hi,

    I want to know if there's any way to generate the database if I only have
the file id2entry.dbb, because if I launch slapd it creates a bad dn2id.dbb
file ( it is smaller than it should be) and I can't search any entry. How can I
create a dn2id.dbb file from id2entry.dbb one? Is there any utility?
I'm using OpenLDAP 2.0.11 in Windows NT but I have  the same problem in
Solaris.
