None.  The changes to .14 are limited to slurpd(8).  There were
changes to TLS code prior to .14.  For example, .13 includes
improved RFC 2830 server certificate checks in -lldap.  And,
hopefully, the next release will fix the -lldap segfault upon
successful assertion of a client certificate.  This may already
be fixed in OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_2, but I haven't heard confirmation
yet.
