Slurpd rejection log files

Hi all,

I have setup one master slapd server and eight slave slapd, and for this
i have multiple slurpds.
Slurpd is generating lot of rejection log file, which means the database
is not getting in sync as expected.
The ldap clients only updated the database at central master slapd.

The doubts i have is:
Then why the database is not in sync ?
In what case slurpd generated rejection log files ?
Does slurpd retries to replicate  the delta updates from rejection log
files ?
