Hi!

What you wanted to add is not compliant to your schema. Check the
objectclass attribute of the entry you wanted to add and make sure that 
the objectclass given there has the attributes you want to add.

The benefit of schemacheck = on is that ldap checks whether the data
entered complies to your schema. If this compliance is not given this 
could cause problems with applications using ldap.
