pthreads-error ; openldap 2.0.12

Hi,

i tried to compile the new OpenLDAP-Server under a SuSE7.1 system and
under 7.0 (OpenLDAP2.0.11 already running).

On both systems configure failed with "configure: error: could not link
with POSIX Threads".
libpth is installed.

Whats the problem and how can i solve it ?
