extend schema problem (Openldap 2.0.11)

Hi all:
    I have another question to ask. I am trying extend
the schema so that I can use my own ObjectClass at ldap server. My extend
schema as below :

objectClass ( 1.3.6.1.4.1.10660.1.2.2.1 NAME 'secureLdapUser'
     DESC ' LDAP User'
     SUP top STRUCTURAL
     MAY ( cn $ userCertificate $ authorityRevocationList $
      certificateRevocationList $ cACertificate $
      crossCertificatePair $ description $ st $ l $
      ou $ o $ jpegPhoto $ seeAlso $ streetAddress $
      telephoneNumber $ facsimileTelephoneNumber $
      uid $ userPassword ) )

Then, I have got the following message after using slapadd to add a new entry:

No database found in config file

My slapd.conf as below :
