Ok, you want to add dn: cn=xyz, dc=ubm,dc=com,dc=edu.
Your example.ldif should contain only what you want to add :
dn: cn=xyz, dc=ubm,dc=com,dc=edu
objectclass: organizationalRole
cn: xyz
only !
and not
dn: dc=ubm, dc=com, dc=edu
objectclass: dcObject
objectclass: organisation
dc: ubm
: It already exists.
