RE: OpenLDAP-2.0.11 and BerkeleyDB 3.3.11

Berkeley DB 3.3.11 is not yet supported by 2.0.11.  There have been some API
changes in Berkeley DB between 3.2.9 and 3.3.11 (see Berkeley DB change
log).

I suggest using BDB 3.2.9 until the problem is fixed.
