OpenLDAP 2.0.x + AIX 4.3.3 + Threads

I am curious if anyone has had any luck with OpenLDAP 2.0.x on AIX 4.3.3
with thread support.  I have seen a number of other people that have been
having issues, memory leakage, etc under load that I have noticed here.

Is there anyone out there that is successfully running OpenLDAP 2.0.x on
AIX 4.3.3 with threading under sustained loads.  I really want to keep
running OpenLDAP, but I desparately need thread support.  Should this
work, or is thread support for AIX just not all there?  Thanks in advance
