RE: Schemes invisible
Hi
We have the same problem. I found an interesting link in the mailing
archives. There is a possible workaround by setting properties of your data
fields on the Microsoft side. This may help...
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q251/1/95.ASP
I would prefer a better solution though.
Regards
Jeanette

Subject: RE: Schemes invisible
Hi,
The schemes are visible from other ldap clients like "gq". When I try to
retrieve one of the custom attribues with the ADSI, I get an error like
this:
The Active Directory datatype cannot be converted to/from a native DS
datatype
It sees the attribute, but is unable to read the scheme. If I list
ldap://server/scheme through ADSI only the attributes and classes from
the core sheme are listed.
Any ideas?
/Michael
