ldappasswd questions.

Can users change their own passwds in LDAP w/out having to enter the Manager passwd? This command works: /usr/bin/ldappasswd -W -E -D cn=Manager,dc=imagestream,dc=com -t uid=rjune,dc=imagestream,dc=com -h osiris : But, I would like to be able to change my passwd as myself.
