openldap 2.0.11 crashes with samba-tng on user search

OpenLDAP 2.0.11 does much better than 2.0.9, but still crashes when I
right-click a folder in windows (shared via samba-tng) and try to select
users in the "security" tab.  (To change permissions, etc).  It takes a
long time but finally lists about half of my 2600 users before OpenLDAP
segfaults.  (Does not core dump, probably because of the setting in the
init script).  I've indexed the database according to various fields
including ntuid, which samba uses to search on.  Will do some debugging.
