Approximate Index in 2.0.1

Hi All,

I am new to OpenLdap. I tried to create an Approximate Index of 
cn but it gives an error, approx index of attribute "cn" 
disallowed. But in OpenLdap documentation and slapd.conf man 
pages I see that it supports approx indexes.

Also when I try to en index postalAddress I got another error, 
equality index of attribute "postalAddress" disallowed.

Please HELP!
