I don't think this is possible.

Outlook and Outlook Express have no means of adding records to an ldap
server. It's similar to SQL in that both clients can freely SELECT records
but not INSERT or UPDATE.

You probably need to write a web based solution to administer ldap records.

Please tell me someone if I am off the mark here.
