configure: error: Could not locate TLS/SSL package

I moved the OpenSSL headers into the include for OpenLDAP, and
the libraries (e.g. libcrypto.a) generated by the OpenSSL make
into the appropriate library directory for OpenSSL.


Now I get:
configure: error: Could not locate TLS/SSL package

Whereintheheck is OpenLDAP looking for this thing???
