ldappasswd problem

 hi everybody;

      In my ldap configuration I set that "password-hash={CRYPT}" at globle configuration area,
however when I use ldappasswd to change user password attribute "userPassword" I find that the
encripted value has changed to {SSHA}djaksldjlk where it used to be {CRYPT}
      I use ldappasswd man page to get more information, but this isn't any options that relate
with cryption method.
      what should I do to use ldappasswd tools while still remain {CRYPT} method.
