Yikes! One of those days, I should educate myself on TCP/IP
internals.
There is nothing wrong with ldap_unbind or anything. What the
poster (me) described is normal behaviour. The workarounds are:
1. Don't make so many connects/disconnects in a second
2. Tweak your OS's TCP/IP stack
