Adding inital entries

I just got 2.0.7 running on Sol-8, and I can't add entries to it. I'm using
the following fileto try to add the initial entries, with the command
following that, and getting the results shown in the debug output from
slapd. 
It's taken me weeks to get it running, and now this. Any and all help is
greatly appreciated.
