cannot delete entry in directory

Hi,

we're using LDAP with Linux and Postfix for user authentification and
eMail-routing between the HQ and the branch offices. Somehow the LDAP entry of
one of the employees was somehow corrupted. The user authentification via POP3
for the employee fails and "searchlimit exceeded" entry can be found within the
mail logfile. You can succesfully search the directory for this employee and the
eMail-routing works, but the entry cannot be removed via ldapdelete.

[root@...]# ldapdelete -v -D"cn=ldapadmin,dc=intranet,dc=eventhotels,dc=com" /
