Need info on Building OpenLDAP Servers on Windows NT...

Hi,

	I have downloaded the sources (1.2.11). Now how do I got about
building the servers on Windows NT. 

1. What additional software do I need to install other than VC++ 6.0. ? (I
found instructions for building on Unix platforms in extracted sources.)
2. Are there are already pre-built servers for NT?
