This should be AuthLDAPURL. Case is important in apache directives. Very
likely, your location should look more like "<Location /php>" as well,
but that's not an auth_ldap issue. Finally, there is an auth_ldap
mailing list at http://www.rudedog.org/mailman/listinfo/auth_ldap, which
would be more appropriate for auth_ldap questions.
