`ldbmcat' is from OpenLDAP 1. What you are looking for are the
`slapcat' and `slapadd' tools (perhaps in /usr/local/sbin?)
As to your second query: if the servers are identical, use above
combination. Otherwise you will have to use `ldapadd'
