RE: Internal Server Error
I checked my log messages after posting this and I've noticed that everytime
my program crashes the ldap server, This is logged to the messages log:
ldbm: ==> put: attempt to modify a read-only tree
I'm modiying the userPassword attribute. Is it really read-only? What does
this error message mean?
Thanks for any insight,
Matthew Hoskins

Turn on debugging (see the Admin Guide
http://www.openldap.org/doc/admin/index.html ) and then take a look at the
debug log to see what your client programming is sending and how OpenLDAP is
interpreting it.
