access clauses with hostnames

hi,

i'm using openldap2.0.6/7

i know, that i can do smth. like:

access to * by peername="IP=127\.0\.0\.1" write

but can i do the same thing using the DNS hostname (localhost e.g.)
instead of the IP?

(it looks like i should be able to do this, but i just couldn't
figure out how..)
