I have in my ssyslog.conf file

local4.debug                                    /var/adm/slapd
local4.info                                     /var/adm/slapd
local4.notice                                   /var/adm/slapd
local4.warning                                  /var/adm/slad

I ma not sure what level to use to get host info do you?
