Undefined attribute type

Dear Sir's

Thanks for all the help so fare - I now compile, and except for test5 that
relies on a special GNU diff test - all seem OK.
Now I try o get my NIS users entered and use
http://www.padl.com/download/MigrationTools.tgz
This seems to use perl to generate LDAP entries - but I keep getting:
"Undefined attribute type":
# /usr/local/bin/ldapadd -x -D "cn=Manager,dc=backoffice,dc=dk" -W -f
pwd.ldif
Enter LDAP Password:
adding new entry "uid=www,ou=People,dc=backoffice,dc=dk"
ldap_add: Undefined attribute type
        additional info: attribute type undefined

ldif_record() = 17
The first (and failing) entry:
dn: uid=www,ou=People,dc=backoffice,dc=dk
uid: www
cn: anonymous WWW user
objectClass: account
objectClass: posixAccount
objectClass: top
userPassword: {crypt}*Nologin
uidNumber: 59999
gidNumber: 59999
homeDirectory: /dev/null
gecos: anonymous WWW user

Rgds, Henrik

PS. The debug output:
