OpenLDAP & Active Directory

Hi list,

I would like to implement a replication between an Active Directory on a
windows 2000 box and a LDAP server. I don't know if any of you have done
something similar, but i don't know even how to start.

I've already have a running OpenLDAP server on a linux box acting as a
validating server for user logins and a Windows 2000 acting as a PDC on the
same network. What I really would like to do is replicate usernames and
passwords between them.

Any tips?
