slurpd behavior after rejects?

Hello!

After slurpd creates a .rej file, will it retry those rejects again in the
future on its own?

I realize we can run slurpd -o -r. However, if the problem was simply the
network being down, it would be nice if slurpd retried on its own, and
didn't require manual intervention.
