I kindly advise you start reading the answers, I think I have seen at
least two different people answering you:

	-h "dc=ldap.server1211.com"

is bogus, that switch takes a host as an argument, so make it:

	-h ldap.server1211.com

Then, when you have tried that, come again and tell us how it went.
