Why an authentication could have failed?
Hi,
How can I know the reason an authentication proceess on an
openldap server could have failed? I'm trying to authenticate
a user from netscape with its roaming user option but I'm
getting a message error from netscape saying that
"An authorization error ocurred, please try retyping your password"
I have started slapd with -d 256 but from what I got it is quite
difficult to get some conclusion.. I included it bellow:
------------------
daemon: conn=0 fd=9 connection from IP=152.74.4.181:1083 (IP=0.0.0.0:389) accepted.
conn=0 op=0 BIND dn="CN=ZDRUID,DC=UDEC,DC=CL" method=128
ber_flush: 14 bytes to sd 9
conn=0 op=0 RESULT tag=97 err=0 text=
conn=0 op=1 SRCH base="nsLIProfilename=zdruid,ou=Roaming,dc=Udec,dc=CL" scope=0
filter="(objectClass=*)"
ber_flush: 14 bytes to sd 9
conn=0 op=1 SEARCH RESULT tag=101 err=0 text=
conn=0 op=2 UNBIND
conn=-1 fd=9 closed
daemon: conn=1 fd=9 connection from IP=152.74.4.181:1084 (IP=0.0.0.0:389) accepted.
conn=1 op=0 BIND dn="CN=ZDRUID,DC=UDEC,DC=CL" method=128
ber_flush: 14 bytes to sd 9
conn=1 op=0 RESULT tag=97 err=0 text=
conn=1 op=1 SRCH base="nsLIProfilename=zdruid,ou=Roaming,dc=Udec,dc=CL" scope=0
filter="(objectClass=*)"
ber_flush: 14 bytes to sd 9
conn=1 op=1 SEARCH RESULT tag=101 err=0 text=

Any help will be appreciated, thanks
