you forgot the comma behind 'cn=Jason Tan'
if this doesn't help, please post the original ldif-file, so we can have a look
at it.

stay using cosine.schema, as kurt said, i hope he'll explain why pilot.schema
doesn't work, i can't tell at the moment.
