Re: Problem upgrading to 2.0.6
Hi Julio,
Thanks for your reply.
OpenLDAP 1.2.11 was installed together with RH7. It is now running on my
system. I've downloaded Nalin's 2.0.6 rpms but encountered the dependencies
error when doing a rpm -Fvh with the 2.0.6 rpm.
Are you suggesting that I uninstalled openldap from RH7 and then install the
openldap12 rpm, then install the openldap 2.0.6 rpm?
If so, would really appreciate if you could advice how can i uninstall
openldap 1.2.11 than came installed with RH7 cleanly and safely. how to
solve those dependencies error? And the right way to install 2.0.6 using the
rpm.
Thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Corisen
