Attribute Type Syntax!!!

How can I define a attribute type to have real (float) values (Values with
decimal values)??? What is the syntax OID for it???

And what is
Numeric String 	1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.36 	numeric string
Syntax for??? Is it for Alpha Numeric Strings???
