help needed for OpenLDAP 2.0.3

Hi,

I've downloaded OpenLDAP 2.0.3 release(openldap-2.0.3.tgz). While trying to 
link the same using Microsoft VC5.0, I get linking error relating to 
libsasl.lib. I'm unable to find this library in the downloaded tar.

Could you please guide me on how to go about fixing this issue and get 
2.0.3 working?
